FINAL REPORT

This is the Final Report of a yearlong evaluation of the mechanical system within the 250 Massachusetts Ave Building. The goal of the report is to analyze potential redesigns for the mechanical system to improve the building's overall performance. Key objectives were to reduce operating costs, reduce emissions, and reduce energy consumption within the building. Evaluation of the success of different mechanical systems was done to provide a recommendation to the owner as to whether or not to pursue the proposed redesign.
